ted talk
Nitesh was formerly a passionate computer programmer. He passionately worked for around 5 years in mnc, consultancy and startup. Eventually he reached a point where he was working with very smart people with salary around 40lacks/year, everything once he dreamt of, but instead of finding happiness and satisfaction, he found stressful and meaningless existence.
Eventually he left his job, start travelling and experimenting with life to understand what really matters. In last 3 years, he spent countless hours in meditation that helped him quit down his mind and subjectively understand himself, read hundreds of books, experimented with his own life, valunteering, travelling, yoga, acting, mentoring, living in solitude, hostels, village, abroad… all with the intention to subjectively understand what really matters.
These last 3 years taught him a lot about himself and what really matters and this talk is about how to craft a beautiful life.
