The 5 week plan
i am moving to the end of this chapter. And I have very limited time here in Dubai. I am sort of on fence from a while. But that can not go further from here. One of these two things has to happen here either take advantage of being here in Dubai. Do the things that I can not do in India or hit the preparatory cycle of the next thing.
Let’s see my priority, health and the bandwidth at the moment.
On the priority the top most is understanding the social structure. And dealing with incompetency in it. The second thought that usually cross my mind is not being able to see the landscape itself. And using this as a denial At the face of complete unknown ahead.
The progress trap is the biggest trick of the mind. And confusion is the major weapon. Always know the question and direction. Even if it is a gross question that is fine. But know the question. Random actions are useless.
Health is your biggest companion. If you have lost it. Stop and get it first. If you have only time to work on your health do it first. A calm enough mind and agile body is essential for any kind of exploration or the exploration will become hazy in itself.
So here is the ritual I must follow for next 5 weeks. Max30 1 month routine. Home breakfast, afternoon sub and evening salad. For the time being. After health ritual. Ask yourself question for next hour or so or if you have clarity go do it. For the job you are gonna be busy. In the evening read or ask questions or write. And meditate for 40 min night. 30 morning.
