The contrast of livin : Before and After.
Last month or month before that, I usually woke up, freshen up and go for breakfast and then leave for the work, sometime thinking, sometime reading, sometime executing. A lot of thought work related to relationships.
Sometime I felt driven sometime I didn’t, I continued anyway.
I usually work in two shifts, lunch and a bit of the break in between, and then in the evening I usually feel spent and then kind of crave to be in a company, sometime I went to yoga class, read yoga sutra, plan for the next day, take a walk etc. check gmail etc.
When I was staying in Heeru. I woke up around 6-7 did some yoga which I left after sometime. And then meditation and then I had breakfast at home and work, taking walk in between, some yoga around 11:00. And then took bath and went to snowline and work from there until 3:30-4:00. And then cams back and did yoga, and then mediatation, dinner, chai, yoga sutra, checking for mails, it bother me to have no relationship. Sometime I felt inspired and sometime I went through the day, the desire for closeness lead me to different cafes illiterate and all. The weekend I took the walk to triund.
When I was staying in the Sohail place, I tried to do yoga in the morning than meditation took bath and satyam breakfast. Search for the home and reading yoga sutra, then queens and naurbuilngka. Meditation in the night and probably watch some video from Sandeep, write a post or something. And then dinner in the home of Vinod. I was also struggling in the terms of what to look for the place.
When I was staying in the bangalore, I woke up and had breakfast in the swami Resendency. Go to Koramangala for the work, again sometime inspired sometime not, relationship tease, taking the yoga class, working on the project of videos, reading books, drained out, comeback and yoga, meditation, weekend go to chai shop, every now and then meeting J and Lin. Sometime going to yoga class. Dinner at MK. And then sleeping.
Currently, I wake up and hug Lin. Then yoga, meditation, have wonderful breakfast with her. Hug her and leave. I go to work, sometime inspired, sometime not. Then lunch at tasty Khana, when I come back home, meditate and then she feed me something, we talk I write the post, have milk and then go to sleep. Sometime fool around, sometime not. On the weekend I go to Vipassana, volunteer or meet J maybe. This is actually much better than all the places I lived.
