installing morning routine - installing waking up at 5:00. Adding chittaanupasna. In the morning, and doing Vipassana in the evening.

learning of the day - writing the small leaning of the day post in the night for integration. And next day work.

speaking the truth - practice, learning to speak the truth.

Social -

the field of ego and self centreedness - negotiation | diplomacy | social Etiquette. Accountability. Confrontation. Through understanding and study of this.

the field of relationships - building stronger and robust relationships. Friendship and family relationships.

romantic relationship - horizontal and vertical.

comapssion - how to cultivate deep compassion.

acceptance - realising the thoughts of acceptance.

the circle of closeness - creating circle of close, meaningful relationships.

work -

bringing value in others life. - through research on what other people want, how much they are willing to pay and how can I align the information I have so they can benefit and I can get paid.

product | marketing | selling - how can I create the product, how to market and sell. Keeping the scale in mind.

health -

sleep - explore and experimentation with this.

yoga - set the morning routine of 30min and extend up to 50min. Improve your understanding.

food - learn about protiene, b-12 supplement, omega-3. Cut down on chai, move towards Satvik food.
