The morning ritual of know what matters.
This is the essence, keeping what is important in the forefront of the mind. and then acting in alignment with that.
When I don’t do that I might end up working a lot but that work might as well not be done.
There are times when I need to explore and doing several things to arise to a clear path is ok in that sense.
When I loose know what matters, I also loose bigger prespective and sense of direction and that experience is not a good experience.
Knowing clearly what is important gives these goals there is also tendency to complete these goal asap which is really not the point.
So I recently redo the whole know what matters. and I didn’t feel very excited. It is not important. what is important is that you have this map. and you can take a look at it and you can see where to invest more energy.
Add this in the morning routine and stay there if you feel like doing something else or another logic comes there write it down and compare with other goals. this is important.
