This is the essence. Every single thing that is being sold is meeting some kind of need of someone. The need can be originated in lower mind or intellectual.

There are some fundamental needs security, sex| partner, different wants that originates from mind as a search for happiness, traveling. There are needs of five senses and ego. There is a need of philanthropy. There is a need to be free from things that are binding us. Being shy. There are centain fascinations.

There is a solid ignorance behind most of the needs. Every need is rooted in some desire.

Some need people will agree upon, some they won’t. Those are indirect need, like searching partner in community. Some are the kind of need based on gratification of senses. Some are hope. Some need are intellectual some are emotional.

Not everyone can afford a chai worth ruppee 100rs. indirectly pay for 2-3 hour of sitting. Some people can afford luxury, some people can afford only very basic need. And some people can pay 4lakh for the singing bowl.

Some need, people will pay any amount for, living in a house, food. Some needs are such people won’t. Reading an article. The willingness to pay is an important parameter.

Some needs are like fashion and some are much deeper. Fear of death. Care for child.

For fulfilling every need there is a fearce competition. Happy to cut the throat of the other person.
