Spirituality-
Train or transcend the block - There is block of samskara, voice, ego, ego, emotions. Train yourself by vipassana, a daily battle, weekly course, adding truth.
[Optional]- Do backward research. And read supreme yoga.

Relationships -
Practice Communication - Read a book and utilize the daily opportunity to practice communication.
Lin and romantic relationships - Be with lin but engage in a relationship if the opportunity presents itself.
Build strong relationships - Build good relationships with people you are working with.
