In the last workshop, I think I had no credibility. And then, I priced high. And the marketing effort wasn’t bad or good.
For next time.
- match customer perceived value. [ ask people in meetup if they pay 500rs for a day workshop. ]
- build the credibility, keep taking Sunday workshop and bring more value there.
- make a video on what the course is about, and use that as marketing material.
what is the need?
the need is the pain point of unable to speak, unable to articulate the point of view. unable to get into the relationship. communicate if you are facing these scenarios.
In those 4 people in last meetup, Kiran had problem with expressing himself, Jabar has the problem with polish articulation and other person was feeling uncomfortable and had problem with being amature and handling controlling behavior.
