Survival, freedom, meaningful expression.

In it essence fundamentally working is finding someone’s need, matching their needs with skills. And a communication layer is in between. Having 2 personalities and competitions makes this communication challenging. Weather I work or do business this in its essence is happening. Matching the need of multiple group makes it more complex business.

Hustling and clear understanding is the only way to really learn. Hustling is the main thing. Although intellectual understanding feels quiet rewarding but it is not a skill.

It is matching the need with skill with communication.

Engaging in certain communities like sillicon valley or stanford can provide optimal conditions and opportunities to learn business. Or scaling. It is that effect of me doing freelancing or Anurag having French GF. This is somewhat optional though.
