The peak performance.

A lot of distraction has been gone. I don’t check facebook|whatapp. I don’t watch porn|TV series. I don’t do alcohol or engage in any other form of timpass. Don’t masterbate. Don’t talk to phone.

Weather I like it or not, I read a book every week. Do almost 2 hours of the meditaion everyday, eat the right food. And move forward in some way.

in terms of distraction, only things that is left is the voice suggestions. Sexual thoughts. If I can move beyond these two I have mastered the distraction.

The second thing is lack of clarity and inspiration. When I feel that the object that I felt attracted by isn’t that attractive anymore. Or pulling me in that sense. There has to be some sort of strong repetition around it to make sure it is very sharp in the forefront of my mind.

The third is just draining. Or tired. There is some time, it is literally that your ears are hurting. Or mind is jammed. This is the time for rest. Maybe yoga, maybe meditation, or just taking a walk, no music nothing.
