The sleep.
When I sleep well, I feel fully recharged, refreshed and awakened. When I didn’t sleep well, I feel drowsy, my focus is not sound and comprihansion is quiet low. That recharge is very important.
Sometime I sleep well, sometime i don’t. I woke up many times during night and all. Especially when I am stressed out or anxious or if there is a lot of sound. Sometime I wake up to pee and all.
Then there is morning, I must start a morning routine. That time has to be denoted with extreme clarity. In times, I seems to over lay down and it is not about relaxation.
So if I get good relaxation and feel refreshed all day that means I had a good night sleep.
To relax into the bed, I can use yoga nidra. If I can master that circulation I can master relaxation and sleep on wish.
The second thing is I need slience. I can put earplugs. Or stay in a place where there is not much noise or find out how can I sleep in a noisy environment.
Pranayama and yoga can help to smooth out breathing in the night.
Less eating in night or eating early can also help.
Now the challange is to wake up in the morning. And built a solid routine. I also need to experiment and know how much sleep is good. Then I need to decide what time is best to go to bed.
Less eating, Yoga nidra, Morning routine, and with experimentation see how much time is best for sleeping. You can use earplugs as well.
