The space,

So I checked few places. And I am getting into the zone to stay here for longer, there is slight confusion in terms of what I want from the place.

Spritually, I need a place where I can meditate ( quiet ), do yoga, warm enough, clean, and a place where I can study.

Socially, where I can stay in a relationship with privacy and uninteruption, where I need a place where I have some friends or make some friends, where I can find people to go out with. Where I have access to some cafes and communities. A place where I have opportunity to serve as well. It has a good surrounding.

Work wise, I need a place, where I can do research, and create videos. Financially I need a place which should be within 25k with food so I am not worried about money, I can manage next 6 months in 1.5 lakh. This will leave me with 8.5lakh. Which is ok.

Health wise. I would like to have a place, where I can have 3 times sattvik meal. I want to have a kitchen so If I am staying with someone, I can cook meal. There should be another opportunity to have a maid who can make a lunch, and clean the place. I can make light breakfast and have either soup or something lighting he evening.

So in a way, I want a place, which is quite and suitable for meditation and living in a relationship without any disturbance, it should have a place for studio setting. It should have a kitchen and possibility of having a maid. It should be in nice neberhood, and have access to cafes and communities so unroutiene myself, some friends nearby and a place to serve is nice. It should have a kitchen and should be fully furnished.

The minimum I have to pay here for such place would be 6-7K. And then I might need another 10K for adding more equipment.

The place I am being offered would cost me, 10K+ 1Kfor electric + 1K for maid.

The things I might need there would be blanket+ bansheet+ room heater + some bartan which will be 2000+ 1000+ 1000 = 5000 rs.
