There is a beautiful tradition in tebtian community. Whenever they do their gatka, 24 min Meditaion. They always start with setting up the right motivation. Our intentions are what decide our result. So let’s start the same way.

What is our motivation, we could have spend this time with our families, we could have work, we could have entertain ourselfs, but instead we are choosing to come here and valunteerly struggle, and it doesn’t feel good but for what ? What are we getting out of it.

Learning communication. And communication is not another skill it is a metaskill. It’s pillar, foundation not just improve but support. we can’t afford to ignore it. improving communication improve every aspect of our life. Be it a Job, relationship, friends. Even our thinking. Whatever role you are playing communication will be always be supportive actor.

And it is a skill not a talent, natural genetic thing but skill. And all the skill follow same principle, there is fundamentally two components. Understand and practice.

Understanding is to have clear map. Clear goals and guidline, milestone. And it require a lot sugrical work. And I am thankful that somebody has not just created the whole map with clear millstone and guidline, but also created this synergistic environment to practice. Let’s give a big round of applause for Ralph Wedely. And this map is tried and tested by 1000 of people. He did the hard work for us.

Now all we have to do is to practice. Make mistakes. Struggle. Try. If you are not making mistakes you are not trying. Because mistakes are the proof that you are trying. And I know it is not easy to stutter in front of people. To stumble and fumble. And needs a lot of character to do it. So please give huge round of applause for you guys who chose to do it. I feel honoured to know you guys.

So to conclude our motivation we are here to learn communication we have clear guidline on how to do it. All we have to do it is come here and make mistakes, the more mistake someone is making the more value he is getting.
