The Way I will Move today.
The first thing I need is momentum. You won’t be able to change all your conditioning today itself. but you can work your way through.
So for today if something is bothering you in the mind, you need to be able to trace some of them to it’s root and change the root knowledge.
The second thing is you need to know something about moving forward.
Third just work hard today and leave around 8.
