There are a series of voices as they come and go. A lot of desire. and both side of them, There are a series of emotions. This is the mind. And one or more of this thought becomes action, On this level there is happiness, and confusion and all the things. On this level there is a solution, This is where the noise of the mind is. and you need to find the solution here.
The question is there is so much noise that mind creates and it is uncomfortable like loosing, is there anything that needs to be done here. or just acceptance is enough.
The other challenge is the action, what should I be doing… These impulsive thoughts are the ones I am acting against.
