Venkatesh.
FACT-
So yesterday I ask vekatesh to do the third graph using nodejs and api. He was again talking to other people so ask him to sit alone and solve it by himself. He created the express server and then was stuggling for the wrong string, I helped him with the wrong path. and then he was able to convert the string to Json.
then I ask him to make a test file and one js file write a function sum and test inside js file. module.export to export from this file. he was able to do it. then export sum is not function and it is an object.
then I just sit with him for an hour. after a while he solved it using stack overflow. he still don’t get it.
then I ask him to pass the test. and he start to write the test in testfile and he is again stuck. then start including index.
Then I ask him to implement first Graph infront of me. he was doing pretty good array. Why are you writing the next function when your last function is not done.
At this point he said in very much in aggrasive tone. sir why you always picking me. At this point I was getting angry, I said if you don’t like the way we are teaching you can find another job.
His approach is this, what ever problem you give him, he starts to search and find the solution on internet or through some other person.
and then he will implement it. he will be able to explain. like an editor, not author. in that process he will make sure everything is working.
villan story - He is this clever person, who work as little as possible, copy pasting the whole code. or asking other person and playing badminton, passing time and bad mouthing me in front of another person.
victim story - I am already busy with so many people, and the moment I left him he will just waste the time and all.
state your path.
- so yesterday I gave him graph 3 problem. find the extra run per team in 2016. and he is saying it is not working. and the path name was wrong. this he is able to explain.
I asked him to create a module and export and import in test. I was getting angry repeating same thing, and kind of loose my patience and if you don’t like it find another job.
behavior things - his attitude seems to be do as little as possible. he will slack. and then at the end of the day he will come and say something that feels like he was working.
first day he tells me he has alsar. then I am feeling homesick. sympathy
- not writing but editing the code.
- I scold him.
- slacking.
sympathy seeking.
send the reprimand.
At this point he is telling his villan story to everyone, I am victim and he is villain. which is his right, some people may choose to believe it which is upto them and they can have negative judgement for me. and I get the opportunity to work with.
