Vipassana.

Vipassana in its essence is first observing the breath and just learn to focus on the small area and that focus will sharpen your attention, focusing on breath automatically take the attention out of the mind, Being able to focus on any point with complete awareness is the key to getting better in anything, It is deliberate practice of being attentive of one thing while letting go of everything else.

The vipassana is being attentive to the sensation of the body with calmness and developing the unconscious understanding of the impermanent nature of them and thus releasing the grip out of them. As we realise not understand, realise the impermanent nature of the sensations, the realisation of suffering out of the attachment of it arises, when that arises craving dissolved and realisation of there is no I arises and that dissolve the ego.

As we observe the sensations of the body, the past samskaras arises, all kind of past impression that could not pass through us, and we clung or averse out of it. comes and we get another chance to process it, we experience them in the form of memories or how we will handle it in the future, trying to solve the problem of actually facing that problem. Yes, we need to find a better way to deal with it but first, we need to be comfortable with being able to experience it. and if I am comfortable with this discomfort than it finds the way to release.
