Week #112.
I am getting back into the rhythm and balance also sattvik qualities seems to be increasing.
Spirituality - I will be doing my vipassana practice on time and seriously and then I will start the weekly course this week. It is very clear what needs to be done.
Social - I am getting more and more clear and I will brainstorm through this week and see how can I engage in it in a meaningful way, I will start a course on acceptance this week.
Work - I will focus on programming track of react. and better mentoring
- functional programming
- react | flux | redux
- javascript env. setup. Mentoring
- one session per day.
- recap.
- 5 reviews per day.
- curating the resources for the team. Mountable
- contributing to the course material.
- help to find the good mentors.
Health-
- 2/3Yoga class.
Routine
- wake up 6:20. 6:30-7:30 meditation + food leave.
- start working on what matters followed by tech training.
- take one session on recap/ review
- afternoon session + reviews + course myself or curate.
- yoga class/ break/
- 9-10 meditation.
