Why do we lie ?

I am from delhi, slight change in accent, hiding the title of my post. I might come to denmark. Hoping no body will see while I am filling the bottole. Why do I lie ?

So I could appear nicer in others eye, at the toll of self esteem. how could someone who lie can respect himself. Trying to appear better by being fake.

Own your truth, own your reality, look at the way you grew up, there is everything to be proud about. Look the path you travelled, did you really need to lie. Isn’t that disrespecting yourself. Did associating with soical landmark makes you more worthy.

In reality I am not lying any more, it is some old pattern in my chitta that are coming up.

For next 30 days do not lie or exaturate. If you do fix it on the spot. Also dont do a social act that causes you to hide.
