Work #Know What Matters. Next Step.

First I want to work with smart and mature people, people who like their jobs and are driven. Then I want to be in the position where I am constantly adding skills in my repitore and has freedom to choose so. I wanna be financially well off and independent. The place should be suitable for the future growth.

The options I have one is toptal. This allows me a freedom of different kind and possibility to work any where In the world while making sure I get paid according to world standard, It also gives me a side confidence of kind of not being trapped in a place and being taken advantage of. This is anyhow is an excellent option, even if I choose to engage in other options.

The second option is work in london, canda, amstradem etc. Here I have the leverage of working in more developed place with more resources and seriousness I assume. I can be more successful more quickly. This is the option I prefer, as it will also be more challenging.

The third option is google, mickensy kind of place in India. Again I can have access to good resource and people but still not as fertile as these other places potentially can be.

Logically I would say, continue to make sincere effort to crack toptal. and polish your resume and start exploring work in london and what else you can engage in there.
