Work Recalibration - Partership.
To gain the initial traction you can partner with people. The important thing to understand here is, that these people are in somewhat the position of power and will only engage if the offer to them is of value.
Another similar idea is to piggyback on someone. By offering them value in the way they want, you are being introduced to their audience. And you can do the same once you are in the position of power.
The Intial circle is more challenging because you didn’t posses any power, once you have something to offer then you can gradually built on it.
There is an argument of intention. It has to be done with dignity.
