YOGA : ARAMBHA.
So what is my goal from it.
- A regular pratice for excellent physical health and vitality.
- A self practice without anyone’s help
- Gradual growth towards more spiritual aspects of the practice.
Learning:
- Real learning happenes with self attempts of trying and failing.
- It has to be gradual, and long term. Start with less and build upon it. One step at a time.
Theory:
- start with hatha pradipika. Once you have learnt it. Then move to next level of book. Focus on next calibrated step.
Practice:
- sequence.
- master each asana.
- engage the finer aspect of asana. awareness, Bandhas…

- Lin is excellent person that can help. So is J. They can help you to see what they have learnt in their teacher training. And build the routine.

The next calibrated step:
- Focus only on hatha.
- Read hatha pradipika.
- Build one 40min self routine based on a1000yoga and start doing it.
- then master each pose in that routine. One at a time.
The next month:
- Read hatha pradipika.
- Build one 40 min. Sequence.
For this week:
- Read hatha pradipika.
- Do 40min sequence, right or wrong.
