I communicated with almost every one. And there was certain people who were close like feby. Certain people who were self obssesd like weed guy, tcs guy, anshul. Kind of proud of themself. Some people were like me Jeys pradeep, some deeply liked me like Divor girl. And most of the people were welcoming, opened and good to hangout with Bellandur person, mechile, Somya. Deepti. Amit, vineet, yeswant, the french girl. Shekhar.

I saw Saya qualifying for deep attention. Yeswant trying hard to impress him, pradeep having hard time to communicate. TCS guy finding girlfriend, Chaaya trying to be funny person. Deepti bringing tea for Kalpha types. It is almost always ugly to see someone communicating with an expectation of any kind. There was interesting scenario at the bonfire place. I saw French teacher testing pradeep.

i converse great deal with jey, somaya, kat, amit, devior, pradeep, Mechille, glen, Bharti there was smoke of interaction that linger afterwards. Specially when I make good impression, when I couldn’t explain the way. At one level I was kind of detached from all these conversation, I don’t really care. Another level it was easy and spontenous and i was interested in other person.

I also witnessed the forced leadership by yeswant and diagram guy. These presented perfect opportunity to practice corrective feedback. Chaaya and TCS guy also presented similar opportunity. I was incredible in giving positive feedback to pradeep and somaya.

Jey, was an interesting person in terms of building relationship, she was very much like me, sharp, slightly shy and trying to become more soicalable, honest and also beautiful I found her attractive. But not crazy attractive. The overlap of interest and value was big and there is very fertile ground to blossom a beautiful comapnion realtionship. Take this opportunity and hang out with her next week. The same thing can also be done with amit and vineet.

In a way I had a good time i was very authentic, experissve, and I believe people liked my company. again there was smoke linger after my participation. And I try to hold on to parts where I made other laugh, effectively creating the duality of liking and non-liking. The conversation were very easy for me.

I had good time knowing other people, talking to them, knowing about their life. Some conversation were deep and real, some were playful, polarizing and humorous. There were good opportunity to assert and lead. Some were invitation of ego. Some were closing. All in all it was perfect and real.

Continue it with little less expactation.
