serving at ahsayine - the need of the child is the belonging. Guidance. Being loved. Playing. Having good time. Food. Toys. Education. Friendship. Acceptance and praise, having a parential figure. Support. When I serve the breakfast there, I sacrifice my personal pursuit and spend time for being there for them. It is devoid of self centeredness. Judging based on the criteria, At the smaller level, they received love and comfort at least at the small child place. The child’s are easiest to serve, they demand nothing and recieve love.

serving at engineering collage - the need of the engineering student is career and guidance. Having someone on their disposal that can explain different paths to them is actually very good for them. This is something I am in the good position to help with. There are some gate keepers though, maybe good or bad, they have their own need which can be fulfilled. Criteria is that they have better right understanding and access to someone who has walked the path. The intention can easily be polluted by boasting it to other people and make it a fame gathering session. Or start selling. But it can also be very purified, if you so desire. There are going to be people who will love it for example akshaya. Who doesn’t care for example monit. And who practically make fun of it. So you will be going through praise, crirism, and neutrality.

serving in vipassana center - there are several people who are genuinely trying to work on them self. Shantu, me, and the doctor. They are cultivating the self, there are other people are atleast trying or getting introduced to vipassana like me at the time of tushita. Then there are other people also. There are varying need. Given the structure of the course, it is the easiest group to serve. They are basically silent. Now this is the test how well you can serve and a good place for transitioning. My personal gain is not much, though I will practice, the criteria is intention, will I care more about myself or about other people. And constant opportunity for sacrifice and putting other first. And being in silent it is good place to actually start.

teaching at ashayine - for a kid education and guidance are the most important thing. I have zero self gain here, and fundemantally sacrifing my time. The fundamental criteria is wether you were able to make them intested and put the seed of education and guidance. Some kid will be receptive and some kid will not.

beggers - there was a women in the street of innov8 who seriously needed the medical assistance. Or a place to stay. There are many people in the JP nagar who are begging and using that money to actually drink. There is an old man near Kai ruche who is hard to love and abusive to one who tries to help them, giving money is not the solution. There is an old lady with prosthetic leg, who appreciate when someone give her some food. Most of the people are pretending and maybe very closed. There is an old lady who says no when someone give her food. There is another one, who is learning to beg. These people need old home, where they don’t need to beg for servive but have a daily access to a comfortable place to stay, nourishing food and dignified clothes. They have either served a really bad hand or went too far on the path of darkness. This is on the far end of the seva.

sharing the skills - there are several skill I have acquired, communication, relationships, health, clarity, knowledge of Indian scripture,which can be shared to make other people life more rich and allow them to collapse thier path.
