Action - Tap | Danna | Yagya.
It is mention over and over and I know it with my own experience that selfish desires creates disharmony. The fruits and effect of such desires are painful. At the same time.
There are desires on the realm of mind which are distructive as they are accompanied by attachment. Praise and impressing others.
There are other kind of desires which seems harmless like eating pizza, as I don’t seems to have any attachment to them. Same with novelty maybe salsa, unless I am doing it for some particular purpose. Mind enjoys it.
Then there is tap and yagya. Self purification. Vipassana. This is not a Sakam desire. And self study. These desires are actually wholesome desires without trap of attachment. And can be done endlessly.
So is the desire of Danna. As it is not rooted in self centeredness and it also accompany with good feelings, it can be performed endlessly.
