Health Retroaspecitve.

The sleep and yoga are in the red zone and almost at the verge of going out of balance. My body health is also screaming for the care, all kind of mindfulness is out of the door.

First get the yoga session. 3 this week. Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday. Sleep at least 8 hours.

For the food breakfast in the morning. Poha, Porraidge, Juice, Lunch Gujarati| Upstairs| Khichadi. Evening snack. Vegi and fruits. Dinner protiene powder.

Align your working our in a way that you can actually do these things.

Spirituality Retroaspective

The vipassana is almost in the Red Zone. I am just sitting in those sessions. Doing practically nothing. I certainly need to do something about it. One thing is the renumaration of thoughts are crazy amount. The second is amount of inspiration is lacking. Read the yoga visistha and watch a video. But make sure that every session is fruitful. The idea is to transcend or tame the mind.

The second is weekly course, last week I tried to What is said is done. This week I wanna do speaking correctly and mindfully.

Work Retroaspetive.

There are 3 pillars of work at the moment.

The first is serving, Geniuienly work for thier well being. Sacrifice yourself, put everything on the line. And work for them. if I am able to give the right direction

The second is Team player, Relationship and Leadership based on trust.

The third is skill set, In order to serve them I need to be up to date and there is another thing in my mind that based on these 3 months the fate of next 3 months rests.

Retroaspective and next step

This week I was pretty much focused on mentoring part. I was quickly catching up with Technolgy, taking reviews and giving session, holding accountable and giving exercise, daily stand ups. I worked from 8:30 to atleast 7:00.

Inside the team I noticed Amritesh collapsing, akshay standing up against konark. Himsanshu in strange way being cool. Simiran slipping here and there And konark just going ahead.

I fairly updated myself, as. I have no choice. Git, CSS Flex. Positions.

I was feeling a bit disoriented as it was kind of new, The thoughts are constantly renumrating in terms of work in my mind with crazy speed.

Thr primary task for this week is in terms of the work is to know what matters, refine the process of mentoring, be a better team player and Upgrade your skill.

Recalibration Work.

In terms of mentoring, my primary job is to give the direction and then the clarity of concepts.

In terms of teamworks, my job is to build the better relationships with teammates. See in the terms of cohort not the batch. See if you can work on the leadership scale.

In terms of skill, I should be in the position of extremely up to date with technologies or everything that I am teaching. for having the freedom for myself but also so I can actually guide people better.

In terms of leadership, see how can you move in terms of leadership ladder.

In terms of the blocker, speak what is real and based on your value.

Recalibration.

The last week I went through the process of learning how to take interview. It is simple, you do some task repeatedly and then you automatcially start to learn ofcourse there is a slight frustration. then I need a deliberate effort to transition from understanding to habits.

There are two aspect of work team and mentoring. In the team connection and team play, leading and communication are quite important. My old habits can be changed and reintegrate here. and consciously I can work on creating deeper relationships, better teamplay and leadership aspects.

In terms of work the highest priority is to make sure people who gets out of here has the best head start in the world in terms of career. The best case scenarios that have to hustle and you have to provide the clarity in terms of concepts and direction.

The main task of tomorrow is to assign them the task of creating the website and then going out only when they are done.
