Cause and effect.

Our actions are the cause, every action, mental, verbal or physical. Effect has to be suffered, after the actions, this fundamental relationship of cause and effect needs to be understood.

If you believe something is true and it’s opposite is happening. that will trigger certain kind of judgement. it’s not the truth. for a person it could be judgement for another person it could be an opportunity.

If you engage with the mind the mind will become powerful.

Understanding cause and effect is clarity. What are the cause of confusion?
When i am in a state of confusion I am kind of vulnerable. Is it random or is there some causes. and how does one transition.

Learning in Last 3months.

I am almost at the end of this iteration as 3 months and now is the time of kind of reiterate, see ups and down and design the next sprint planning.

Getting back on track

The first problem in this is that mind is negative and resistant. And this is more of an effect than cause and it will take its time and pass away.

So the first solution is to detach as much as you can by the means of the meditation. and stop putting more fire.

The second problem is the problem of clarity. especially when there is a movement into next phase. you need a quiet and strategic mind to solve it.

If you push here, it won’t be a great idea. Once you are there then step by step re-prioritize.

The third is there seems to social lack. Or I made a mistake of less team play. and I am prematurely trying to solve it. This may not be a problem at all. But kind of a mental game.

Then there is this stupidity that very act of learning feels strangely hard.

Getting back to the centre.

So what is the problem and how to solve it?

Number one problem is I don’t know what should I do at the moment. What is the problem.

The problem is on one level is clarity, I have no idea of how to prioritize. What to prioritize. What is important at this given moment.

Second The social life is giving me the signal to improve. I kind of showcase the isolated part of me. Almost all aspect of social is kind of down. With lin I am not clear. teamwork is off. I am not building any network and I am not really helping much in terms of helping these people and all that. My family contacts are poor.

Then my mind is speaking a lot. my meditation practice is off. I am feeling a bit irritated and annoyed.

And then a good daily routiene has to be there.

Yoga practice is completely off. food is good.

Unclear

So in the last couple of days, I am kinda lost. I lost in the terms of priority and what I should be doing. Small things are pushing me here and there.

Mind is active and ofcourse pulling me in the unhealthy directions.

There will be good and bad days. No doubt about it. But there has to be a directional path. There has to be balance of key elements, learning and a way of routine.

You have the new data. You need to integrate it.

When effects come which is again nothing but voice and sensation. you can’t do much, you have to go through that period.

You have to be clear on what is out of balance and then bring it to the center.

In the larger sense you have the clarity. Instead of crying see where you can improve, grip your teeth and do it.

Goals.

Toptal and Travel the world - I will refine this goal but essentially I will focus on this. Differed the other opportunities for later. Chose it and lock down on it. let the other things fall away for a while.

Vipassana retreat and daily practice - It is working behind the scene, silently but consistently, If libration is truly my goal than this practice has to be going on consistently.

10% income sharing project - Knowing myself this is the best thing I can do for myself. and one of the highest leverage thing I can do.

Stance on romantic relationships - This has to be clear for going foraward with lin and in general.

YOGA TTC- Long term High return activity.

The weekly course - Turing the knowledge into the habits. This, in essence, is training the mind.

These are my goals for next 6 months.

The Opportunity Well.

Life is just throwing massive opportunities on me from all the direction. like a game of chess I keep getting loosing in a way and keep getting better with all the moves, I am making awarely. this is awesome.

It is just that I am getting overwhelming opportunities, and I can do them all at once. The romantic relationship challenge, training the mind, weekly course…

What I can do is one challenge at a time, and keep moving, look this is the game of getting better. This is going to be like this forever.

Work. Know What Matters.

The most prominent path seems to be, first hit the next level in programming which is Javascript consultant with architecture level understanding of application development.

This will open up two options, freelance on Toptal and travel around the world or get into Mickensy or work in London.

With the strong finance comes more resources and quick growth cycles. Target Toptal or strong remote working job as a javascript full stack architect and consultant and travel the world. After this you can Join some good company in Europe or Mickensy.

Once you reach the point of confidence than keep moving forward with going for MBA etc.

On the key is keep your earning 80%+. this is the current job I am in I also know what should be the next one. This is great. just keep moving in the same way.

Balance.

Too many balls in the air, meditation, installing the habits, Revamping the tech stack, mentoring, social dynamics, relationship, family, yoga, food. Then again I am not moving in any prescribed direction, loosing on the clarity of knowing what matters.

Again play the long-term goal. And having these kind of feeling is usually the sign of needing to come back to the center, there is another interpretation that is you are on the edge of your current limits.

I don’t want to compromise on the intensity but the truth is I can only do so much in a day. And within the chaos of this, you need to learn to move forward.

The flow should not be stopped, the flow will be the same. You will have to learn to dance within this flow. In this you need to create the ritual and anchors and direction. Ofcourse I will go to meditation retreats but this intensity is the baseline you need to work with.
