I masterfully reframed morning route to hell and continue acting. At this moment I am feeling happy, if I had chose the other path I know what would have been the case by now. There are certain time when mind is quiet angry or fatigued. Doing a less intense work or info gathering very much a good task. There are habits, I know tomorrow morning I will wake 5ish. It is just habit and then I will think for a while. Cut that off and change habits to make them productive. Than there is navigation of the day on task to task basis with maximum efficiency. Build the habit of you know what you are doing and than choosing the most effective path and stay till end.

It was a solid day in the senes I moved from task to task. There was small gap of task switching and checking gmail and all in between. Keep taking task after task and instead of checking gmail do meditation instead do 5 min meditation and than switch the task.

five practical points on karma yoga.

  • you have the right to act but have to right for the fruits of that action. don’t assume yourself the cause of fruit and don’t get attached to inaction.
  • without thinking about sadness, happiness, success, failure, profit, loss fight for the sake of the fight.
  • act for the sacrifice. otherwise, action will create the bondage. the person who eats after sacrifice stays away from agitation.
  • it is better to follow your own path with errors then to follow someone else’s with perfection.
  • the person who is routined in the habits of eating and enjoyments can liberate himself with the practice of yoga.

ActionDay #06.

There was a major movement in ES6. I am almost done. I tried to create the video but it is will take a lot more effort in terms of setting up the studio and bad lighting. Either I have to find a work around or I have to park it. You can create it as a daily meditation in the evening. It will cut down all the requirement of the video editing tool and at the same time continue building you skill of explaining something.

Another thing is I am checking messages and mail quiet often which is disturbing in a way.

You start everyday fresh and you face different challanges, the state of mind, failures, win, ecstasy, depressed, etc. and you end the day free watching the play of the mind. In between, you become most effective person to grow and live a fuller life. That’s the goal, a renewed everyday life.

This was perfect execution, you select the task and you complete it and than you take the next task. There are occasional impulsive mail checking is there, which is basically acting out of hadbhadahad mind. Relase it.

Let the mind be whatever it is just take a task and complete it and than take next task and complete it too. And keep going on.

Today I also had a wonderful opportunity of networking. Listen what other person is doing or saying and see if you can collaborate or provide value.
