The Goals.

There is this thing about goal. It gives you direction. With a goal you can cut down the noise. You can visiualize it, break it down and move forward day by day and then you can achieve it.

There should be first layer of goals, lets call it essentials. You need to make sure. you have essentials.

In extreme essentials, You need to have enough finances to live a decent enough life and should not be dependent for money on other people. Body should be in healthy condition. The mind should be clear, focused and trained in proper way, There should be understanding of Who am I.

I should have enough finance to live decent enough life,

The progress

I am constantly making progress in terms of growth. Today I moved forward in the direction of programming and finances. Infact everything that is being a problem is an opportunity when it comes to constant growth. It is challenging to learn when it is easy to give up.

The obstacle is mind and old conditioning and failing and comparing. The thing is I can never do anything meaningful if I gaveup to these impulses.

A lot of things to be done, A lot of dream to be realised and wasting time is well the worst possible things I can do.

The path ahead.

Continues movement in terms of the journey towards meditations but focus on creating your regular life as well. The mindset of the strongest winner. and health maintenance.

And put the rest of the time strongly in the favor or relationship and work. I am in the fucked up situation in terms of the work as well as relationship.

Personal relationship and the work that I am doing both need massive attention. Otherwise the time is being passed and I am not getting any meaningful response and later it will only become harder.

What is required is this sense of resolve. The direction I am moving is not particularly great. Just look around you. Look what is happening with Sashi. You need to act massive and fast.

A plan for next 9 Weeks

Let’s focus sharply on Vedantic text to understand the inner reality and a way to live a proper life. The practice is strong and If I continue, I will be able to fall behind the mind and pursue it with more vigor and strength. Continue investing in reading and meditation. 3 hours a day. This discipline is necessary if I want to break through. So until 30 days retreat keep your focus here.

In terms of mind, continue making inquiries, about strategies, inner understanding, and so on so forth.

In terms of work, Take a Udacity course, learn about mentoring, and expand current knowledge of javascript with Rxjs, GraphQl, and typescript, and clean coding practices.

In terms of Social, master your weakness in communication, and learn to bring value. Also explore and Lin.

Setting Up Challenge.

So what I am doing right now is implementing the strategy to be clear and to grow in each moment and facing the mental obstacles.

So one challenge is there is not enough aspiration, “I” don’t feel like inspired and it feels like a demotion kind of thing. “I” suppose to be doing something big and meaningful and struggling in these small things doesn’t make “I” feel good.

Of course, struggling in these things give a hard emotional reaction. and it just doesn’t feel so much worthy.

Ok, so either stack something on top of it or refactor the current strategy.

Day #117

I moved forward in the direction of smart goals. Made Trello. New ideas are bubbling for further efficiency level etc.

I didn’t waste time today.

This is the way, things will continue to move and you have to refactor a moving vehicle.

Day #116.

Smart goals are the next step in clear and consistent learner. I also took the step with clothing. Applying to the job was not really directly relevant to anything that I am doing. Do not waste premium time on it. So is watching tom interviews. This evening report can be used to debrief.

The yoga practice was at the next level.

Somethings are Rollingstone, some are implementation phase, some are next level.

Draft #01.

Leadership is an inevitable junction in growth. Once I have learned something, keep doing it over and over again is not the smartest idea but then again that job must get done. One aspect is that another person can take responsibility for that job and it will be good for them at that point, and you can move onto the next level. This kind of mentorship and training are one of the core responsibility of a leader.

A leader needs to be clear. His responsibility is to have a clear vision, refine it, and communicate it. If a leader is doing his job correctly what needs to be achieved should be very clear. What is accepted and not accepted should also be clear. A leader should review periodically how the progress is being made and correct any diversion and make sure that the same mistake does not happen again and again.

One of the crucial job of the leader is to select the right team. The...

Grammer #07.

Most people enter marriage through the “in-love” experience, and at its peak it is euphoric. Two people can become almost obsessed with each other. Marriage counselor and author Gary Chapman argues that in-love phase, which he believes usually lasts several months to two years, includes the illusion that beloved is perfect in every aspect that matters. Describing one of his counselees, Jen, he writes: “Her best friend could see the flaws- it bothers her how he talks to her sometimes, but Jen won’t listen”

Marriage is also more inescapable relationship than cohabitation. When unmarried people live together, they certainly see one another “up close,” but each party knows that the other one does not have the same claims on him or her that would be true if they were married. They don’t merge their lives -socially, economically, legally- and so either one can walk away with relatively few...
