Day #104.

I was working on the pre-solved questions on the Hacker Rank. My full attention was not there.

In the morning, when I was writing what to do with the mind, I felt like I should be focusing on practicing what I should be doing more instead of adding more tangent.

I learned effectively grammar, yoga, and drew a mind map for communication.

Grammer #06.

Your personal profile has undergone another major change. From a single and carefree status, you got into martial bond, and the picture now gets complete with the advent of kids.

During these last few years, your dream and goals must have undergone a sea change because your little darling now dominates a major part of your dream.

All your goals are not equally important. So you can bifurcate the goals into responsibilities, which are not negotiable and must be fulfilled; priorities, which are important to you; and aspirations, which are your dreams and also need to be fulfilled but they can be fulfilled based on how you utilize your resources.

However, when you add competition to consume scarer resources, It’s hard to see how a global plateau could last indefinitely. Without new technology to relieve competitive pressure, stagnation is likely to erupt into conflict. In case of...

Day #103

I continue raising the bar of challenges in algorithm, yoga, grammer. When I reached the point where I knew it was enough. I fumbled the transition to the next task was not that smooth. In the Hacker Rank also I was crossing the line of necessity. The end point also needs to be defined.

I was getting carried away with distractions. Moving to different tangents like Google IO news, Hacker Rank planning ahead. Looking to the profiles of Toptal crackers. Also in this state of relative unclarity I was saseptable to the lower attacks, when I was reading finance book.

I quickly rebound back by redrawing Mind Map.

Relationship.

The first thing is being by your self. This allows me to have maximum control over my life, relationship adds weight in that sense. You don’t completely control your routine, you can not have Eat.fit, or meditate for 3 hours. Sleep quality is poor. There are tons of sacrifices even without getting married. After marriage and children, there are a whole lot of liabilities.

Then there is constant stimulation that a relationship inflicts on you, and it can easily trap you. Another thing is this whole set of things don’t excite me.

The danger of living alone is first, becoming like Nayaneesh. Not having a kind of stability.

There are some good parts of relationships as well. Being able to share things, kisses and hugs and this short of helping each other.

Mind.

One of the obstacle is that mind easily takes one idea for example that is not how a enlighten person acts or how it will make me rich. These are the kind of desire or idea that is conflicting and the net result is inaction and negative state of mind and low self-esteem. This is very undesirable.

The ultimate solution is being clear with your mind map that way you know what needs to be done and you can let the clouds pass or use your will to force your attention in other direction. Then you need to practice the quality of tolerance. Use it as a practice ground for getting ready for the big events.

Then I can do small calming meditation and then, I can consciously manipulate the voice and use affirmations and visualization to snap back.

Grammer #05.

Finally, the book can be browsed through and picked apart for entertainment, for an enjoyable ride through the foible and great deeds of our predecessors in power. A warning, however, to those who use this book for this purpose: It might be better to turn back. Power is endlessly seductive and deceptive in its own way. It is a labyrinth - your mind becomes consumed with solving its infinite problems, and you soon realized how pleasantly lost you have become. In other words, it becomes most amusing by taking it seriously. Do not be frivolous with such a critical matter. The god of power frown on the frivolous; they give ultimate satisfaction only to those who study and reflect, and punish those who skim the surface looking for the good time.

Before it was a self-proclaimed largest bookstore on Earth or the Web’s dominant superstore, Amazon.com was an idea floating through the New York...

Day #102.

The challenge is that various voices that come to the mind while you are working. this is useless, how can I be the rich this way. know that they are distractions. another problem is that constant need of explaining things, both of these things snatch the attention.

I was clear and throughout the day I learned quickly. One of the best thing was low effort subjects, like reading the book on finance and going through grammerly.

Level up or spice up when things hit the platue or become mechanical. Yoga.

Grammer #04.

As we progress through the stages of jhanas, concentration becomes the factor of enlightenment. Using concentration as a power tool, we focus the mind like a laser beam on the five aggregates. Our concentration penetrates to the three universal characteristics of all conditioned things: the reality of constant change, the unsatisfactory nature of everything that exists, and the complete absence of a permanent soul. These characteristics are no longer a theory. We recognize them as essential truths. In jhana, mindfulness, and concentration work together to dissolve all barriers to achieving realization.

He punched me playfully on the arms. “Lighten up, young man,” he said. “First of all, you’re about a foot and a half taller than me, so no, I’m not about to rob you. Second… There is a benefit to not owning a bunch of stuff.” I looked at him blankly, so he went on: “You are safe. Not only...

Grammer #03.

I shall leave it to others to distill the contents of this book into dry theories. These might become a contribution to the psychology of prison life, which was investigated after World War, and which acquainted us with the syndrome of “barbed wire sickness.” We are indebted to the Second World War for enriching our knowledge of the psychopathology of the masses, for the war gave us the war of nerves and it gave us the concentration camp.

As a young mom with a typically fraught schedule, my friend Jedha Sellner was burnt out, stressed out, and unhealthy. Looking to reclaim her vitality in 2011, she decided to try an experiment. She knew she wanted to become healthier and to feel to better, both for herself and her family. Sellner wanted to have tons to energy to play with her daughter and be there for her husband. But she didn’t have time, motivation, or willpower to make big changes to...
