Day #101.

I learned algorithms, yoga, grammar today. And roled the dice for the finance. While learning the longer I can stay with one subject it is better.

There is a sense of being overwhalemed and repetition in a way takes hit on the interest. In that changing subjet seems like a good idea. husteling with triplet on hakcer rank and now than switchted to finance. and communication. When getting into unproductive state than switch to the other task.

Having clarity map for the week, helped me to do the grammer today while I was not sure what to do.

Social #01. Communication Practice.

Practicing different aspects of communications. Regularly just like any other skills.

There are 2 ways to practice it. One, I can just practice it as a meditation. and I can practice with some oneself.

It would be better If I have one or more partner to do this. That will be ideal. maybe for 30mins. Daily a topic and practice.

The possible partner I can practice it with. Someone who wants to grow. interested in, and mature enough.

  • Sachin.
  • Lin.
  • Pramod.
  • Jayalassa.
  • There are many people in the communication community.
  • Students in the Mountblue.
  • Raveendra.

Default to the meditation practice for the 30min. per day. And use that learning in day to day life.

Sachin, Raveendra, and Jayalasa can be two people might be interested in.

I can do 2 days meditation, 2 days with Sachin. maybe 1 day with Raveendra. Maybe a couple of days with people from the communication community, Maybe be...

The Opportunity.

It looks plain but it is insane, there is an opportunity right in front of you to make life whatever way you feel really is appropriate. It is work but man you can nail it if you are up for it.

Now it is not about doubt, It is very clear this is the way. It is the willingness to make something vs. ease of less resistance.

Yes here is the mission and what is required is the commitment, A full strong commitment.

Day #100.

It was a frustrating experience to see Lin rotating in the negative possibilities and a kind of closed mindset. And in a way forcing to commit. Desperation.

I did that VR thing and people was watching me, I liked it, and found it was confidence booster when I am done.

I had a decision to make about going to dance class I decided to not do it based on principles.

Day #99.

I hustled and learned the algorithm caterpillar. I clearly learned and grew. I also did hacker rank which was quite easy.

I started learning grammar. It is like rolling the stone and I know in a matter of time I will become good.

I also drew the mind map for the mind, work, health, and social. I also did yoga.

I felt like I can do things more effectively, and better chosen. There was a sense of over-preparation with algorithms.

Grammer #02.

Gestures are all that I have; sometimes they must be grand in nature. And while I occasionally step over the line and into the world of melodramatic, it is what I must to in order to communicate clearly and effectively. In order to make my point understood without question. I have no words I can rely on, much to my dismay, my tongue was designed long and flat and loose, and therefore, is a horribly ineffective tool for pushing food around my mouth while chewing, and an even less effective tool for making clever and complicated polysyllabic sounds that can be linked together to form sentences. And that’s why I’m here now waiting for Denny to come home - he should be here soon - lying on the cool tiles of the kitchen floor in a puddle of my own urine.

I’m old. And while I’m capable of getting older, that’s not the way I want to out. Shot full of pain medication and steroids to reduce the...

Day #98.

I was learning well when I struggled for that one question instead of choosing more I chose to hustle there and that was it. The perfect learning.

I started building a website that is the starting point. Tomorrow I will build upon it. and it is the process. Perfectly good one.

I build the mindmap and it was a good way to store info visually. Thanks to Sandeep.

I felt excited and moved to CCD today.

Grammer #01.

it’s 6:20 A.M. The sound of a loud, buzzing alarm on your phone gets you to crack open your eyes. You fumble for the device and turn it off. For all intent and purposes, that is the least intentional act you’ll take until you lay your head down to sleep some 16 hours later. Every moment in between will be spent reacting to other people’s plan for your day. Before getting out of bed or even acknowledging anyone sharing it, you check your email to see who will be setting your agenda, based on their need, followed by Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, and voice mail. Ten seconds in, and already you’ve lost control over how to spend your day.

I had been crying, and he heard me, I guess. My cries were not the muffled sobs of loneliness or whimpering of discomfort - though I was lonely and uncomfortable - but the anguished wail that a guy will let loose only when he is sure there is no...

#97.

Today I got into the flow state while I was solving the problems at hacker rank.

I feel a significant clarity on what is important after the full day exercise on what matters in cafes.

I also enjoyed the yoga class.

How to work your way through.

Build a concrete step, something that needs to be integrated, know just that will not solve all the problem of the life, that is one pattern that makes thing more conciously designed. That is essential. You practice it and than you introduce the next thing. and so on so forth. Each month you practice something and you plan the next iteration and you move on this way, The whole point is to conciously designed the life this way.

So the great news is that the next month is about to start. and you can start today itself. So the first concrete stable iteration has to be done this month. and in the period of the month I will figure out the next iteration.
