Health Recalibration.

The long range goal is to keep exploring and refining my body. Adjusting for optimal health.

The next calibrated step is to align food more towards sattvik intake, if you get chance to explore cooking do that too. explores and grow in the area of yoga and pranayama and energetics of body, and explore the sleeping and yoga nidra.

Then there is cleansing paractices panchkarama, satkarma, nurtotherpy which can be explored, and 1 yearly dental and physical checkup.

Then there are other interesting things like accupunture and massage, sound and healing that can be explored if the opportunity represent it.

Work Recalibration.

The long range goal is to pioneer and restructure the education field. Not because I wanna change the world, or it is very interesting, but becasue it is very aligned and I am most aligned to bring the highest value. Although If there is an opportunity to surrender, take advantage.

The next calibrated goal is to build something that is aligned with larger goal but mainly focused on getting me financially stable, free and start buidling the brand image. It has to rooted in brining value to others.

Then the mastery of whole aspect of Bussiness, marketing, selling, orchestrating. Innovating. Scaling.

Social Recalibration.

The one aspect is to master at this point is to social etiquette, diplomacy, negotiation, leadership, assertiveness and networking, in a sense living win-win in the realm of egotism and completion. Where fundamental element is another person wanting to have things there way, either not taking responsibility or willing to go to any extent to get things his way. Dignified appearance.

The second aspect is to build compassion and dissolve ego. With ego comes all kind of set of suffering, disrespect both ways, reputation, praise and all. And compassion is the state when you see someone suffering from the same pain, this is the point of dissolution of self centered suffering and

The third aspect is getting more clarity in terms of relationship, I can go deep with Lin, or horizontal with exploration. This is still a point of not so clear, than if you want to explore, you need to engage in...

Spiritual recalibration.

This is a long game, maybe it will even last for the life time, it is not sprint at all. It needs daily, humility oriented effort, loosing up a belief at a time. Making a little more effort at a time, freeing myself a little bit more at a time. It will take it’s time and let it take it.

What I can do is built this daily practice. And do it with inspiration effort everyday and keep increassing my knowledge and understanding.

The practice really is meditation in the morning and evening, reading a book that keeps me inspired and a meditation retreat after every 3 months. See every night with humility what didn’t work and what worked.

I can force myself mores and finish all the Upanishad and all. But will that serve any purpose! I can’t run away from the life. Be ok when you are in the state of any confusion.

Health Recalibration - long range
The food is good, maintain it, check once a month 3meals, fruits and water. and refine it with balancing pitta food and driving it towards more sattvik food. Cut down to one chai this month. And remove that with something like lemon ginger honey next month. Take advantage of any opportunity to learn to cook.

What I am doing at the moment is how you really learn keep doing this. Know what is the focus for the month and practice that. Keep adding up knowledge every month. Don’t jump. By End of this year do yoga TTC.

Learn about yoga I nidra, and other sleep research. See what sleep suppose to do and Master the morning routine. That half sleep state and intial inertia.

Build and yearly checkup routine. And learn about panchkarama and nurotherpy.

Body energy, breath, and chakras, learn if you can stay overflowed by energy all the time. Caliratedly...

Health Recalibration - Next Calibrated Step.

In the period of month change the habit of chai with lemon ginger honey or something more healthy. Understand what is sattvik food and slowly move one meal after another in that direction. If get chance learn the cooking.

Slowly without hurry go the next step in yoga. Know what you will do next month. Keeping in mind this is the long term thing. Keep hustling and learning.

Learn about yoga nidra and sleep and fix the very strong morning routine.

Build yearly checkup routine.

Explore pachnackarma, satkarma, accupunture, healing etc. when you are in other places.
