There is sounds, been mantra, om and all. How they affect energy level and are they useful in any long term sense.
They also co relate to energy of bodies.
Than there is these points in body, and these related sience of marma, accupunture, and massages.
I don’t really know what these are. But having a little bit understanding can help me decide what can be done.
Massage | oils and abhyanga also comes into the same kind of category.
Than there is satkarma, and panchkarma and naturothearpy. I don’t think it is correct in terms of calibration at this point.
But knowing what they did, and doing it once an year, same with satkarma, knowing what it does. And adding it’s elements can completely remove toxins from the body and can take your health to the very much next level.
Also the similiar concept of naturo therapy. Cleaning intensitine and all. These things can clearly take your body to the whole new level.
By now, I have practiced yoga for I guess more than year, taking extensive calsses in 1000yoga, have done 3 5-days cours in HI yoga, with Sandeep for a month, mindfit, yoga retreat and yoga workshop.
Then I read hatha yoga, functional anatomy books, and sequencing. Reading Patanjali with depths, I also dipped APM and Iyengar.
I am exploring and doing yoga myself from last one month. A yoga TTC with a1000yoga could be extremely helpful in terms of proper alignment and all.
With this hustling and reading my understanding of yoga is grounding. With the functional understanding, I kind a of understand the strength and stretch and all, and a kind of a internal understanding of what would be helpful.
Continue learning about yoga, by yoga class, and hustle is extremely valuable. And then with every iteration of a book it is getting more clear.
Continue making plan for the next month and...
The well night sleep refreshes me, while half sleep feel lethargic, I am also sensitive to the sound. This is an important area. It seems to provide energy.
There is also a lot of dreams and what not while I am sleeping. There is also subconscious influence while I sleep.
And then when I wake up, I am kind of lethargic and sometime down and just different on different days. I need to have a better understanding of it.
Waking up early is the struggle in itself. And then there is this half sleeping state where I feel helpless.
There is yoga nidra and sience of sleep which I need to explore and read more about it.
In the morning I have healthy breakfast, after noon I usually have some sort of thali, evening light meal. In a manner I usually eat good food, being too much over tight about it self. I can do one audit and adjust it accordingly. If the food is balanced than I can manage agitation and lethargy or introduce these.
There is one improvement that can be done is, to stop eating heat producing kind of pitta food. Spicy and all. That will help me to keep me in sattvik state.
Then there is chai, there is psychological effect that If I don’t have chai I will feel letharigic, in reality I notice chai is creating this anxious state for a while, at the moment I am having 3, I can cut down to 1 per day. And then leave that too, later I can have it as a beverage if i am hanging out with some one.
Then there is understating of protein powder and vitamins b-12 and D supplemental intake. This I need...
It is like a cut open something overgrown and it is overwhalemingly taking over on me. I felt a bit agitated in terms of focus, inspiration seems to be dwindling if not missing altogether. There is strong sensual urge. And doubt.
And then I am so much pulled by attachement, I am thinking about how would I convience my family about getting married to Lin. The renumration of it, god the renumration of it. And then the next moment there are opposite thoughts.

I am not feeling letahrgic through and I am also feeling energy. So I can actually face it.
There is food ofcourse, I do pretty much eat healthy all the time. And if you notice lethargy is not my issue at the moment. I eat 3 times. Last meal is around 6.
The first major refinement I can do to my food is make it completely sattvik. It will balance my ego and thought as well.
Although I might not be aware but I do have around 2-3 litter water.
I am also in habit to have a fruit everyday
There is vitamin b-12 checkup and dental health, and health check.
Then there is aspect of protiene.

Yoga I have been practicing for around an year or mote, and I can do it myself as well, ofcourse I can use some teacher training help. I can read more.
I do pratice it everyday.
I can utilise it to balance the doshas, and the gunas.
And then there is strength.
There is another aspect of yoga about energy.

Sleep: there is an appropriate amount of sleep, when I don’t get it I feel...
This is one thing that needs to be improve. My English especially the written one can use some help. You know if I could write profesionally I can also write books. It is not bad but if I go through that course slowly and start building on it, in few months I can master it.
This has to be done, you need to be completely polished before you go through major scale.
