Redefine.

I feel this need of major refactoring and direction instead of continuing with small changes, I feel it because experimented I have done and data I have collected allow me to drastically change the course of direction.

I also went through many things which were kind of blockers and they are not blockers anymore so they generate the drive anymore.

There are several things like necessity of sitting in a cafe to work, or needing coworking space, need to talk to people around you. Sleeping in the afternoon. Running behind the girls, need of acceptance. Entertaining the impulses. Dealing with the paradox of change, playing the game of appearances.

A kind of complete reframe based on the experience and what is important. Needs to be done.

The next step.

I want to take atleast a week off for retreat. In the sense I want to read nothing but just think in the sense what should be the next concrete step in all 4 domains.

Take one domain at a time. Go back and forth and see what needs to be done. Take it inside out. This is the next week job. Along with yoga practice. To realign this.

Step back, meditate, see the big picture. And then, do it.

The next place

9th I will be at home, 10-14 I will stay at Delhi. 15-19 i will be at home and 20 I will leave to either Rishikesh or Dharamshala.

Reflection| intigration | next step - I need to look at the data, realign the framework and see what I need to do further. Having a clear sense of direction

working with thoughts - Instead of working externally, aligning objects. I want to work internally, how thoughts are affecting state, and other internal aspects.

When I am done here, I would have a clear senes of direction where I need to spent my energies. I would have better presence of mind and the games of it. Solid ritual. And daily yoga practice.

3. Be radically open-minded.

  • .1.recongise your two barrier
    • understand your ego barrier.
    • your two you fighting for control
    • understand the blind spot barrier.
  • .2.practice radical open-minded ness
    • sincerely believe you might not know the best path and your ability to deal with not knowing is more important than whatever it is that you know.
    • recongise that decision making is two step process, first take all the revlevant info and than decide.
    • don’t worry about looking good, worry about achieving your goals.
    • you can’t put out without taking in.
    • recognise that to gain the prespective that comes from seeing things through others eyes, you must suspend judgement for a time, only by empthaising you can properly understand others point.
    • remember you are looking for the best answer not the best answer comes from your mind.
