  • end by metta practice.

Evening meditation - it is kayanupasana.

  • observing different sensation with equanimity and understanding of impermanence.
  • just feel the sensation and see their nature without judgement.

Reading - know what is the next book. General | specific.

integration - when something hit you, sink it deeper by intellectual understanding | analytical meditations | teaching.

relase with writing - release if anything bothering you by writing.

Spiritual Recalibration - next calibrated steps.

The long range direction is to completely understand and purify your mind with ignorance, and craving of attachment and aversion and realise who you are. Reach the point where you are stabilise in that selfless state and your heart is fill with compassion for people who are struggling.

The long range goal is to purify the beliefs, by observing, understanding and realising. As they come on the surface. The way to do it is by chitanupassana, for that hour be aware of the current pattern, see them over and over again until they released. The second degree effect is to deeply know your mind.

The second goal is to be completely equanimous with every sensation. Making you calm and composed in every situation, unafraid and unmoved by any emotional challenge. The second degree effect would be to detach from the body.

Process, elements, nature of reality and tools.

Who am I - realising this is the end of the path. A different kind of end to the desire of any kind. The godfather of all the ignorance. You can stabilises your understanding of I am not the voice. And explore I am the awareness. The happiness and the noise of the voice has there place, and I experience them but they do not make me they are just the experience. Really exlporing this field of I with experience and then leaving the part that I know I am not.

Knowing the mind - being extremely aware and free from the patterns of the mind. Example - beliefs | emotion | justification | memory. Keep observing until they loose thier power and you see the working of mind as a cause and effect relationship rather indetifying with it.

I was ready to receive and then I hustled for some time, tried freelancer, thoughtwork, German company, reading, Ritika, and then perfect fit appears. And I know exactly this is what I wanted. There is perfect match of intuition.

I know when desire is complete and then I know there has to be a transition, it becomes intuitively clear, EE, namshi.

In a way you always have assignments, and then transition, and you can trust new assignment will arrive. Your job is to focus on the current Job and growth...

Reading - general and specific. It influences the beliefs in short term. It brings other more mature people’s understanding approach and point of view. It could easily become distraction as it gives the sense of progress. It also seems to influence the wall of belief, meditation can impress it deeper.

Vipassana - the practice making me far more aware of patterns and current desires, [ social acceptance ]. Sometimes even catching while they are happening. It is making me more aware and santising the sensation and emotions, there is deepening of understanding happening behind the scene. There is eradication of different type of desires, and I am becoming more peaceful and calm. There is also a bird eye view understanding cultivating.

Chasing image is futile attempt to be happy. Walasker.

There is unhappiness in discomfort finance | health | freedom.

The emotion of selfishness is stress | pride | competitiveness | heat and nature of selfless actions is compassion | warmth | soothing .

In the absence of selfishness, if you see someone struggling, there is natural compassion. It gives strong meaning, satisfaction and force in life. In the presence of selfishness it is pity.

There is strong intoxicating pull and engagement in ambition, goals, mastery.

There is a strong grip of social acceptance and rejection.

There is a strong sense of dissatisfaction in being confused and not growing, and the strong sense of satisfaction in knowing you are blossoming.

Without belief and the noise of the voice there is a peace.

Beyond the peace, there is this reality of who we really are. That experincal knowledge that we are...
