Social #03 - third circle - Anotomy of other person and emotional recprocity.

  1. Awareness and understanding - The default, the nucleus, some people are very aware. Some are less. Peaceful mind vs agitated mind. Sandeep and mom. High awareness gives the opportunity to analyse and understand. It depends what an indvisual will analyse.

  2. Self worth and self importance - High self worth in a sense what person think about himself, the more inline with reality and congruent he is more self worth he experince. Low self importance manifest as sharing. High self importance is gripping. Sandeep vs Anurag.

  3. Beliefs and agreements - understanding and attachments, automatic or curated. Person with high self importance and low awareness will always grip his beliefs.

  4. Skills - The biggening of outer layer. What a person knows, the more skill a person has the aware or self importance he would be.

  5. Appearance - genetic or learned, creates a halo. The most superficial layer.

The needs -

Default - the natural expression of love, laughter and play.

  1. Collaboration. Jamming, Advicing.

2. The desire for relationship.

  1. Stimulus hunger.
  2. Unease of silence.
  3. Time structuring.
  4. Petting.

The skills of a social guy -

  1. Appearance - clean, groomed, dignified and approachable. Smiley
  2. Expression - animated and expressive, slow, dramatic.
  3. Starting a conversation or be part of one.
  4. Closing a conversation - ( confront/ divert/ boundary )
  5. Learning ( appricication ), sharing ( valunerablity ) [Mutual interest]
  6. Playing, flirting, bantering, teasing [Ask to go out]

Social #00 - The Compassion and sharing.

Compassion said Buddha is our true nature hidden by the clouds of delusions. At our core, there is a common ground. We are all trying to be happy and avoid suffering, it is just that we all have different ideas of how to do it. Some believe an object like a big house or fancy car can do this, some believe competing and winning against each other can do it, some believe another person can do it… How can you hate other people, when you know we are all doing the same thing? And what makes me think my idea is better than others?

When we have more than enough, we naturally start to share unless eclipsed by our deluded concepts of happiness or threat to our personal security. Who would say no to giving an advice on his subject of expertise. We love to give advice. Sharing makes us feel good, makes us feel meaningful. There is a natural sugar in it.

1. The Liking Syndrome - I guess it was designed for childhood for safety proposes. But now it has become a cage, a prison, Doing so much to get approval and admiration. And god knows the things I do to avoid disapproval and humiliation. What do I get when someone praise me ! Sense of righteousness, sense of worth, sense of security. Why they praise me ? Because they think I am somehow smarter. but I am not I am just like everyone else. What exactly they praise. A skill ! But it’s like a vending machine, you put a coin and you get the chips, what is there to praise. You don’t praise a person for getting a chips from vending machine. What they hate.Me struggling or not having a perticular skill. But that’s how you get the skill. That’s the coin. You hate the coin and like chips, and project that on me. The character inside my head.

A suggestionless perfectionist – Like a mighty emotionless god, it rules its judgement “it will not work.” It doesn’t require fact or figures, it doesn’t offer any help. It is meant to be believed, no questions. If followed it might take me to the point of starving.

*A heofying situtaion inventor * - This one creates situation in future where I look good, sitting with Jonathan and telling him outsmartly how theory of Gunas from India counter his argument. the situation that are unlikely to ever happen, but just incase it tries to go through the whole thing, and make me look smart. A utter waste of time, at the least.
