This is a freestyle week and also the resting one. I want to think about the priorities what I can continue from last weeks. Meditate. Talk. Slowly build what would you like to accomplish this month.

This was a hardcore working month. I spent most of the time exploring, executing and education in Unboxed.
Decided to move to Mysore made arrangements.
3 ER, 3Point of actions - thought about it but not completed.
integrating insight into habits - didn’t work on it.
appropriate theme - discover categories of theme, brainstorm on needs but didn’t complete it.
brought clothes and grooming product.
started drawing 100 startup but didn’t completed it ( information seems redundant )
5 stream didn’t work on it.
Exercise and health improvement suggestion - didn’t work on it.
Salad - implemented
Water consumption - 2-4 lt
Stop consuming coffee and sugar - didn’t do it.
Logs - did for first 3 days. And didn’t for last 3
Impaccable words - not practiced
Empathic listening - no deliberate practice
strong presentation - no deliberate practice.
Yesterday and today, Even though I continued working, There was a sense of relpaltion or internal aversion. I wasn’t finding the meaning in work. There was a slight physical headache, there is also a sense that I have been working for last few weeks constantly. The instruction were not that clear either. No clear why seems to be presented. At one level it felt like leader threw few papers and ask to work on it. Also there might be a bit overload of pratices to follow. And no clear parameter wether what I am doing is working or not. An activity trap it feels like.
The repealtion - The repleltion of not knowing why. Just doing it for the sake of doing it. How exactly this fits in big picture. This confusion, uncertainty or Congnative ease. - execute integration of identity centre - Log every hours what are the roles you have played, log when strong desire comes, the role attached to strong desires.
- execute spirtuality map visualisation - 10 minute morning, 10 minute evening visualise it and before sleep.

execute empathic listening. - implement 4 step process of repeating words, reprashing word, telling feeling, rephrasing feeling with words. Try to understand others point of view from win perspective. Really try.

Throughout the week I followed integration of 3ER. A lot of the time when I wrote it. I was getting clear sense of aha moment of this is what I suppose to do. Writing every 30 minute the expected perspective was refined with what element I implemented.
I wrote down domain and goal. Which were to draw spirituality/social/health/finance map. Draw 7 habits. Write identity centres and self leadership post. Both of the objective of week were very well done.
Beside them I enjoyed educating myself around becoming veg., story telling, humour writing,
