Self judgement to optimal learning.

When I get stuck or struggling while learning, I have self judgement around I am a failure. This is conditioning, as the matter of truth I am learning, It also feels uncomfortable, because the struggle and self judgement.

old belief: If I am struggling that means I am not smart.
new belief: If I am struggling that means I am learning.

old emotion: discomfort, and fear.
if I can change the belief the new emotion should be discomfort and joy.

old habit: leave it. and take a break.
new habit: stay with it for another 30 minutes.

Using the mind: visualise and repeat.
reasons for why I should do it. and staying present in the moment.
imagine where I will need this, and how I will practice it.

New cognitive layer.

I want to explore what is my potential and how much I can do.

using the mind- The mind is the tool. learn to use it properly. first clearly see how it works and then start using its function step by step.

replace the beliefs - based on these belifes the judgement comes sometimes these beliefs are wrong, update them when you know they are wrong.

replace the habits - there are habits I have built, which are again counter productive, replace them with better habits.

positive thinking - integrate these thought process of gratitude, contentment, seeing the positive side of things. seeing your strength.

practice new beliefs - everything is easy.

practice new habits - doing your best.

visualise what matters everyday - everyday visualise what matters. step by step add new habits.

Practice - Meditation and serving both helps to go deep and have direct knowing.

Marker - If you daily practice starts to go down that means you need to pick up the buldge. You should be able to do 2hrs meditation in adhisthan properly.

Knowledge and Support - When the inspiration seems low, you can see micheal courese, sandeep vidoes. Dhammapada, Scriptures, Bhagwat Gita…

Following precepts - Following yoga’s best practice. and pecepts of Budhha.

Food - eating sattvik food that supports this growth.

First thing first.

The daily 2hrs practice is not just necessary, but it is also a marker of how centred you are. Unless you can do the practice at ease and adhisthan, you should increase the practice. There is nothing good about reacting and loosing the time. Another practice that can help is when you know you are getting out of the centre then and there instead of reacting you do the meditation, sustain this practice until your next 45 days course.

The second congnative challenge is my goals and purpose of life. This should be clear everyday and accessible so I can constantly direct my actions with alignment.

Basically the idea is pokenmon or whatsapp you decide which field is important and keep cutting the line based on that and keep repeating it.

Entropy is basically chances to fail use the basic probability and then multipl to get them result but log to get the reverse which is entropy.

Basically you take the data set and devide by entropy of different keys and then keep recording information gain and keep repeating the same.

Based on the probability calculate entropy and then information gain. and create the tree.

CBT #01. Practicing belief replacements.

Whenever I am learning, as the inevitable struggle and failures and reattempt comes, There is a discomfort, fear, and frustation, The behaviour that follows is, sometime I stick and sometime I switch the task.

The automatic thoughts that triggers is if I am struggling that means I am not smart and I am a failure, If I am not learning that means I wasting time

Everytime I struggling while I am learning the belief that should be triggered that I am learning and growing, if I am learning that means I am succeeding.

Twice a day journal, one in night and one after lunch. And I will check it on sunday.

Different strategy of work.

My current strategy is to keep getting better in programming and other closely related skills, applying all that I am learning. It is a great honest profession. It pays well. This year I want to focus on learning more and more and more and next year I would like to start working on an international company. Although this year I will do a lot of freelance project.

My current strategy is to keep getting better in programming and do the side projects, also create courses for marketing purposes. Next year I will join some big company as a senior engineer and then I can decide to move in either managing or engineering.
