Day #76.

I was in the bounce saloon and the mind was feeling cheated. and was making fuss about it.

I sent the bank account number and then mind was active again.

I spent time with Lin but she is acting distant and aloof. After spending time with her in bed I felt like running away.

Be careful of this.

Any information I am seeing is another piece of information which will give rise to another mind. and more conflicts. and so on and so forth.

So information especially wrong information that is believed is very harmful.

Current stand point.

So one thing is I am seeing my mind and what is happening within me, but I don’t fully understand it.

Then the point from where I am acting is in my mind and although on a broader level I know how to keep moving forward, there are many conflicting information here. So I am also not fully clear how should I act.

The solution to the second can be found. the four domain, principles, constant evolution, there can continuous action can be taken from here.

Tolerance.

The tolerance is the capability of being there wether it is pleasant of unpleasant sensation. just the capacity to sit through all the experiences of all kind. You can just continiously act in accordance of some principles.

The daily unit is perfect example of it. if sleep comes sleep, if mind is disturbed, confused, attached then let it be disturbed, confused and so forth but act based on the principles that you have chosen. That is meditation.

Your daily meditation practice strengthen it.

The challenge is the way mind is acting upon the mind. A kind of prepatual cycle.

Day #75.

Lin acted strange in coffee shop, after talking to her mom.

I gave a bad review to the bike people, and they said they can return money, when I saw their call I felt a kind of fear of fight when I saw the message I feel proud and knowledge sharer.

I took the day with ease, forcing nothing and just kind of sitting and pondering.

Things that needs to be done.

Highest things that can be worked upon is libration and awareness at this point. knowledge about self and so forth, meditations, serving and so and so forth.

Second most important thing is working with mind, shaping it in more productive way, purifying, strengthening, letting go, learning to ride it.

Third most important thing is relationship, clarity on it, different aspects of it, so on and so forth,

The fourth most important thing is getting skills, getting different skills, systematically and clearly.

The fifth is keeping yourself healthy, now you are already healthy it is more of maintaining the good health.

Now the challenge is you need to move with optimum speed with a sense of resolve to move forward each moment.

The only challenge is the fruit of past actions that work as obstacle but if that creates the problem then you can relax. it is just different state of thought and...

Start, correct and continuously move forward.

What if I start to live moment to moment, no more tomorrow and future and next week, this is just the mind game, What if I am capable of doing highest leveraging task in each moment. When I tired rest, when lost build the clarity, No more free moment.

Each moment should be used, enjoyed, played with, engaged and fortunately you are capable of doing that.

Every moment is so precious in a way that you have limited number of moments.

Exploring Awareness.

what I know about awareness for sure, All theory aside what I know awareness is as like a space between thoughts and heart, this sense of being behind of it all. the fundamental quality of awareness is peace.Now it is said and it can be understood that there is one awareness only.

Now what is the relationship of the awareness and karta. Is will is the function of awareness.

Mind has a way to obscure the awareness, it blocks it. There are ways I can do actions and update understanding which resolves it.

If I go through the vedantic system, I can very clear understanding of mind, world, intelligence, and ultimately awareness.

Mind is the tool that can be used in any way I like, I can focus it on anything and in a way I can make,

Mind is also a distraction, anything that I am doing it creates judgements about it,

Mind works with some clear law.

I can be succeed if mind directed towards any worldly pursuit.

Different ways of life.

I can live for constantly grow and getting better in all four primary areas of life. skills after skills. Interacting with life as a student. using each moment to grow and get better.

I can use life to purify myself. continuously.

I can also run different experiment on this level.

I can master my weakness.

I can learn from different teaching, deeply try to see what they are saying. and see if I can learn from them.

I can fully transcend the mind and learn more about consciousness.
