They way it helps in spiriutal growth is either letting go acceptance and the need of the women or keeping the mind clean.

It is not really important, I can buy a jacket and maybe a shirt and paint and shoes if they are there.

There is dressing up multiplication is happening. If I dress up maybe I am inviting the backlashes from the guys in company they are very poor in it. Every time I go to some store I can see they are checking my shoes to see how well I am dressed and treating me based on that. I see sometime people who are well dressed and treat them respectively.

I have enough clothes, I do need to buy a jacket at the very least. If I am buying the clothes why not buy the ones that looks good.

Dressing well will give you better edge in worldly life, It can also create attachment which I am sensing right now.

There are two aspects of watching these videos, one is I end up building intellectual model or passing the time because it is easy and passive.

Second is these videos help “me” to be inspired and give it the sense of direction, me can feel less motivated some time.

Third it helps to see the insight that I can not see at the moment. Some people are ahead and they help me to one make sense of what I am seeing, and two help me to see something or share their insights.

I should watch a video of 30 min each day or read a book from a liberated person each day to keep me on the path. Watching more is going to feel good but not going to help I have watched enough and read enough it is all on the level of me.

I should not watch these videos to pass the time or intellectual models, but to inspire me, and seeing the nature of reality from people who are ahead then me. Choose and watch for 30...

The first thing is with most optimal speed I need to figure out the spiritual aspect of my life. Deeply understanding myself and nature and cleaning all the stuff inside.

First know your self and spent all time learning the nature of reality, see things as it is. work and study your own nature, the nature of the doer and the nature of the witness consciousness, solve these puzzles not being in any relationship will help you to progress here faster, as you do more vipassana things will become more clear, have faith in the process and put your energy and vigour here and what are the laws of nature.

That means I am not interested in any other relationship at all and only interested in the spiritual aspect of life and work. work provides enough stimulus and finance to do this enquriy with ease. that means, that means you will also learn how the me feels living by itself and working, keep the moderate social context and don’t over extremize it.

Day 04.

Today me did systematic enquiry and me also did flow enquiry.
Instead of listening to the voice and sensations I took best choice based on all the available choices. I first write it down, check the pro and cons and then took the best decision.

In the morning I did the business with that guy in he did a poor job in exchange the way he polished the shoes, I silently took it back, didn’t even examine it properly. There are few things I could have done.

• I could have been clear on what I want, he sold me extra services like shoe polish and charged for it and it did a bad job.
• I can ask how much he is charging for what.
• I can also make him do it in front of me.
• I can thoroughly check what I want and give him feedback on wether I like his work or not.
