The opportunity in hand is mountblue which is a fantastic opportunity in terms of financial support, and learning and giving the finishing touch to programming skill set. from here I can move to place like London or Canada where I can earn more and have more furtile ground for opportunities. Or I can do freelance work.

You need money to survive and basic comforts. More money brings more resources and power which accelerate any undertaking. There is also an element of social status in it.
Only way to make money is to bring value in someone’s life. There is a competition in every area to bring value. The value also follow the rule of demand and supply. The more top notch the less competition.
Every skill takes time to mature. You develop skill not by reading but by practicing, having correct theorotical knowledge makes it easy to practice, or failing without understanding creates low self esteem and desire to just stop doing it.
The env. play the huge role, as it affects the demand and supply and available resources heavily.
