2 new habits.

Every evening I write down a post about any intense experience of the day. Just factually, through out the day I notice but in the evening I write it down factually, the key highlights.

Every morning I upgrade myself with better solution to the same problems. And find principle to deal with them better.

The Goal.

The most important goal now is to eliminate the false knowledge and crooked habits, and build the structure based on truth, and optimal habits.

Now the question is how you chose the optimal path to do it.

I think the most optimal path would be if you start practicing now, and build with the momentum and structure as you go.

Just start with suboptimal practice and then iteratively build upon it.

So How can I start the process of knowing the truth. and then what false knowledge I can swap today with the truth. What is the challenge, and how to measure the progress.

How to become clear.

The challege is the false knowledge that I have believed as true and old habits. The goal is to create new structure and different habits.

The conflict is the result of the conflicting knowledge. You can sit down and chose the right one. and find the foundation that never changes.

The conflict and clarity.

There is always reasoning behind different voices, this is conflict. If you can write down the logic behind what you are doing, and write down the reasoning behind the other thoughts, and chose it from the well thought out reason in your principle, then you can always be able to make better decisions.

You can make the better choices if you have the criteria to do verify the truth. and weight different ideas.

The most optimal and smartest thing at the moment.

Actually the smartest thing to do is to work your way through the working of the mind and meditations. In the understanding of these process, you become free of them. There is consistent growth in your awareness. This is what allow you to be capable of changing the mind.

The second most important thing is the survival in the world. there are certain rules and you can decide to be survive.

Third thing which is based on the beliefs is you need to move out of ego to more towards serving others.

The best thing you can do is to start the process and then add on it.

The nature of awareness.

The awareness just watches and has the power. Call it power of faith, it is tranquile, and if I trust the yogis it is everywhere and it experiences, It is untouched but it is the energy behind the mind.

The Reality Of Mind.

There can only be one thought, What ever comes is impermanent, It is different beliefs coming up in the form of the voices. Awareness has power to engage in some and disengage in others. You can only live in present moment. What thought will popup is not in your circle of control. It will just pop up the reaction on it is under your control.

The new reality.

The thought is not the problem, the problem is reaction to them and then more reaction to them. At any point you can leave the thoughts alone.

Whatever created intense sensation thoughts will rotate around them.

Thoughts are by impermanent and there is no self around here. It is as if beliefs has voice.

You take input and it becomes the knowledge and it becomes desires and it becomes the voice.

Work, longer harder and smarter.

the 80% result comes from the 20% work.

The interaction between 2 people can only be either protecting their beliefs or learning from each other beliefs.

There are different sensations in the body they point to different things.

It has to be idea meritrotic way. It doesn’t need to your idea, it can be from stephen covey. It has to be true though.
