Learning of the day#45. The thought itself is the cause.

Today a thought of let’s switch the Job etc. was coming. And also I was playing with sexual turmoil thing. There are two elements one is sensation megnatic and etc. it creates thought. And the second is thought it creates sensation.

When there is thought without emotion or thought is in infancy, it is not even strong. When thought is with sensation it is more pulling and when the sensation is very strong it is strong.

Still I continue to work without giving too much attention to them. These thoughts are more strong when I am not committed or clear.

The one thing to notice here is that thought itself is the cause of the discomfort, and by following it will not solve it, in a very lofty way I was experiencing it.

And these thoughts are some kind of past habits which are getting released. So allow them to pass away don’t engage in them. Learn to releases. You know very clearly engaging...

Learning of the day #44. The fixed rules of the mind.

Yesterday I did MB2wice and this is like a simple pattern in terms of mind. An urge comes. It feels the same sensation. Then If I engage it is more intense. And harder to give up. Then there is a self judgement because you have cross the law. And there is a hit on the self esteem and the lack of self trust which is also a thought. and then it passes away. Chances are there will be more of the same kind of desire in the future.

Impulse when you act it will be increase, and become more challenging, there will be judgement and pain in the mind for sometime, and the thought related to lack of self trust. You can observe it relase it, and realign yourself.

I faced these kind of desire morning to evening. Temptation. Same patterns.

I think it will help to know what matters and then realign yourself. Observe and let go of that thought pattern.

Negotiation #10. Find the Black Swan.

FINDING THE LEVERAGE IN PRDICITABLEY UNPRIDITABLE. In every negotiation there are different kind of information, there are things we know about counterpart known known. There are known unknown like poker card. You know they are out there, but don’t know who has them. Maybe counterpart wants the deal to fall because he is leaving for comptitor, then there are unknown unknown.

UNCOVERING UNKOWN UNKOWN. Usually in every negotiation each side is in the possession of three black swan. Three piece of information if discovered would change everything. Unless correctly interrogated most people are not able to articulate what they want. To know these UNKOWN we must ask a lot of question and listen intently.

I want my body to feel, energetic and alert all the time. And I wanna make sure I am maintaining my body for long term health.

I want to tailor my food to provide such, learn cooking for the independence. I want to attend the yoga class and gradually integrate and get to the self practice. I want to sleep well and wake up refreshed. And implement cleansing practice.

I want bi-yearly dental and health check up to keep things in check and balances.

I want to make enough money to survive, have freedom and live comfortable life. Then I want meangingful expression, serving and play. And finally be able to give Dana.

I want to master the skills of bussiness by clearly know peoples need, matching it with skill or product. And communicating masterfully. Then I want to scale by delegation, orchestration and completion.

At this point I want to read and understand what great bussinessman did and the art of bussiness, and get clear on the next step.

I want to also take care of other things like investement, house, retirement.

I wanna be completely self satisfied and don’t want to be internally dependent on any one socially. I know when my mind is uncentered a thought related to social desire arises and then from there all kind of social desires and valnurablity arises.

I know there is Dhamma of mind related to social aspect, I wanna be free from the thought related to acceptance | rejection | praise. Winning | explaining. And sexual turmoil. Because these thoughts creates dissatisfaction and can not be satisfied. I also want to cultivate the thoughts of comapassion and well being of others as they are pleasent and taste sweet.

I wanna be more proactively engage and water the seeds of compassion. By serving in selfless manner and giving Dana. I want to take advantage of it by everyday opportunity to help other people and implementing self less project.

Actionable KWM. Spiriutality.

I want to arrive at the permanent adobe of peace, freedom and contentment by knowing and stablizing in my true self. I wanna do this by constantly feeding and meditating upon the information from realized people, upnishad and Gita. And then realizing it in meditation and vipassana.

I want my mind to be centered, satisfied and inspired. I understand there is a lot of garbage I stored inside myself which I want to purify and clean. I want to do this by throughly and clearly understand cause and effect or dharma related to mind and what causes the dissatisfaction, dullness and throws me out of center. And using vipassana and four domains to resolve my dilemma.

I want to be very clear on what is important to me and the required actions at every single moment. So I act not impulsively but with the wisdom. The way I do it is by four domains and one calibrated step at a time.

Negotiation #9. Bargain Hard.

Any response that is not an outright rejection of your offer means you have the edge. You have mirrored and labeled to rapport, an accusation audit has cleared any ligereing mental or emotional obstacle, you have identified and summarised the interest and has elicited that’s right. Now it is the rime for bargain. Skilled bargainer see more than opening offer, counteroffer, closing offer but see the psychological current that runs beneath it.

To be good you have to be yourself on the table, to be great you have to add to your strenght.

ANALYST. Methodical and diligent. Not in rush, systematic. They rearely show emotions. They are hypersensitive to reciprocity, information aggregator, and reveres problem solver. Learning of the day#42. The meaningless impulses.

Through out the day there were many impulses let’s check facebook, email, lets go home, lets go cafe, lets watch YouTube. Etc. lets call people, lets message lin etc.

This is the fault of understanding on subconcious level I think I will find happiness there or in the escape, and I know all so well that if I engage only dissatisfaction will increase. They are coming from your past understanding.

You have center yourself, you have to in the place where you turn inward for happiness and longs for the moment of solitude to be happy. And let them go just like you let go of got and movies.

Negotiation #8. Gurantee execution.

Yes is nothing without how, while an agreement is nice, contract is better and signed check is best. Success is not hostage taker saying yes we have deal but when hostage is free and say thank you.

We don’t have that kind of money how can we raise that money. How can I do that when I have to sell my car and truck. How am I suppose to do that question have forced empathy. It also force your counterpart to consider and explain how a deal will be implemented. People always make attempt to implement the solution when they think it is there. When they answer you summarize their answer until you get that’s right. On the other hand you are right and I will try means they don’t consider idea as yours.

While negotiater cut the deal with one guy and other guy were not convinced and there is very few solo flyer. When implementation happens by commmite the support of it is the key.
